Agitation

One hears all kinds of nonsense in Skypeland. One Muslim who lives in the UK always claimed to be on the side of peace and reasonableness, for months on end. He had originally claimed to be from Iraq, but then was caught in a lie by someone who really lives in Iraq. Then in his profile, he began advertising anti-Jewish and anti-Israeli books and videos. This caused some people to be a bit uncomfortable with him, but they still tolerated him.

However, a day or so ago, he was with a group of Sunni Muslims who hacked a Skypecast and threw the host out of the room. As soon as the host was gone, he started talking hate and nonsense, apparently. He apparently was lecturing those he disagreed with about proper behavior in a skypecast. I missed it, but I told him I was not happy to hear that he might have been acting as though he was two-faced. He tried to justify this behavior, and basically confirmed he was two-faced.

He advertised an anti-Israeli and anti-Jewish book in his profile. He had previously said he had never read it. An Israeli confronted him about it again, and asked if he had read it. He started to waffle and come up with all kinds of anti-Israeli nonsense in response. I had heard him before, and I wondered why he just was not honest enough to admit it?

Then, my Israeli friend watched the video he was advertising in his profile, as he had asked her to. This video claimed that the motivation of Palestinian suicide bombers was the presence of Israeli forces and Israeli settlers in Gaza (they have not been in Gaza for over 2 years at this point). She asked what was the justification for blowing the head off a baby on a bus. This Muslim immediately started into a description of why it is reasonable because the Israelis shoot innocent people and are engaged in terrorism.

At this point, I lost it...Oh well. He revealed his true nature. First he admits he is two-faced, then he lies about reading the book he is promoting, then he promotes propaganda inciting violence, and then he tries to justify killing babies. I was not happy...

Definitely, the Palestinians need to have safety and security and the ability to live better lives. I do not think that things have been fair for the Palestinians many times. However, outside agitators do not help matters much by encouraging more violence as a solution to these problems. That will just make it worse, in my opinion.
