A question that arises over and over in Skypeland from foreigners is, "Why can't Arnold Schwarzenegger be president?" No matter how often the constitutional clause discussing the birthplace requirements of American presidential candidates and vice presidential candidates is explained to them, they never seem to get it. For some reason, Europeans and residents of the UK seem to want to argue about this for hours on end. It is incredible.
