Attack on a friend

There are some crazy juvenile behaviors that go on in Skypeland. A friend told me some bizarre fights she had experienced recently. Some guy who claims he has a heart defect and will die within a month has used this as an excuse to say the most atrocious things. He accused her of being raped by her father, and made some jokes about her father's death. When she felt bad about this, he just told her to grow a thicker skin. Pretty tacky, considering she is very kind-hearted. I do not understand what is going on here. Is this an example of Jerzy Kosinski's Painted Bird Syndrome? Or just a deranged person with an anti-social personality disorder?
