Allow me to interrupt
Another interesting event that frequently occurs in Skypeland is the appearance of people who have no interest or knowledge of an ongoing conversation, and just insist on making the current discussion halt. Today I was discussing linguistics and languages, and several people entered the Skypecast. Immediately, they butted in, introducing themselves, yelling over others and insisting on being the center of attention. They did not know what had been discussed before. They were not interested in the previous conversation. They did not want anyone else to talk. They just wanted a platform from which to broadcast their own praises. Usually these people have nothing to say, except "Hey hello, you where from? I from Belarus" or some similar stream of nonsense. One cannot continue on with the previous discussion or the newcomers become more insistent, and people claim you are being unfair to them. I just wonder where these people come from that they think nothing of butting in with nonsense in the middle of two or three other people talking.
