Dick Cheney hurted me

One of the Muslim visitors to Skypeland is W from Algeria. W sounds very sweet, but insisted that we tell her what we had against Islam. We were very reluctant to do it, since we did not want to hurt her feelings.

After some pleading, W finally convinced us to tell her what we thought of Islam and Moslems. Things quickly deteriorated into a "turkey shoot", with one Skypelander after another reciting a litany of charges against Islam; female circumcision, honor killing, suicide bombing, Shiite vs. Sunni tensions, statements against Jews, Al Taquiyya, terrorism, Mutah, fatwahs against Americans, attacks on kaffirs, child custody issues, killing of apostates, lack of freedom, poverty, lack of scientific and technical prowess, travelling marriages, drinking of camel urine, wifebeating, illteracy, attacks on Sufis and other Islamic sects by other Muslims, slavery, discrimination against women, beheadings, stonings, and on and on and on. W was unable to answer any of these comments or charges, but W returns to Skypeland every few days to atempt to argue her case. She does not seem to be doing a very good job, frankly. All her efforts just make it more and more clear what a scourge on humanity Muslims and their attitudes seem to be.

Today W came in to state that all of the 150,000 Algerians who were killed by terrorists in the last 17 years were not killed by terrorists, but instead were secretly killed by the CIA (another Algerian who frequents the room, DJO claims that these terrorists were not really Muslims, but were evil fake "plastic" Muslims who had sneaked into Algeria from Europe). W claimed that all of the suicide bombings in the Muslim world were all caused by the USA. W stated that all of the problems of the Muslim world were created by the Americans. We found from the website http://thereligionofpeace.com/ that Muslims had killed about 35 others, most of who were fellow Muslims. W claimed that all those killings in a half dozen countries were done secretly by the CIA. When we pointed out that there are a lot of bombings in China by the Uygur Muslims, and asked if the CIA was responsible for the Uygur bombings, she did not know what to say.

W said in no uncertain terms that all suicide bombers and those who advocated suicide bombing were stupid. When it was pointed out that a large fraction of Muslims are in favor of suicide bombing, and therefore we had just heard W assert that a big propotion of Muslims are stupid, W did not know what to say.

However, even though W had claimed that those who are in favor of killing others, particularly by suicide bombing, are stupid, in a few minutes W told us how badly she wanted to kill Dick Cheney. We asked why she wanted to kill Dick Cheney, and she said, "Because Cheney hurted us". When we asked for details, she was unable to give us any. W then told us that she wanted to take everything from us that we had and make our lives miserable and to hurt us badly.

Ah yes. So those who advocate killing are stupid. But she wants to kill Cheney, for no good reason. And she wants to attack and threaten us, just because we exist. And she claims to be from the "religion of peace".

And still W wonders why Muslims have a bad image in the rest of the world. Hmmm, I wonder.
