One of the more amazing conversations I had in Skypeland was with a young educated German professional. When I told him and his ultra-feminist fiance that I tried to be politically correct, and not stare at women or whistle at them or make rude comments, I was met with an amazing accusation. Namely, that I was equivalent to the Germans who just went along with their neighbors and allowed the Nazis to take over in Germany, and tacitly approved the Holocaust.
An incredible charge. And a perfect example of Godwin's law.
